Welcome to kidx.asia. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, operated by KidX ("KidX", "we", "us", "our"), KidX PTE LTD, based in Singapore. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
About KidX and this website
KidX offers week-long preschool-exchange experiences in Japan for families with children aged 3 to 6. This website provides information about those experiences and a way to begin a booking conversation. KidX is not a travel agency and is not a booking engine — every trip is arranged individually through direct conversation.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry, booking a call, or contacting us does not create a confirmed booking or a binding contract. A trip is only confirmed once the specific arrangements, price, and booking terms have been agreed in writing and any required deposit has been paid. The prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices; final pricing is confirmed for each family and depends on location, dates, and accommodation.
Trip terms (summary)
Full booking terms are provided to each family before payment. In summary, and subject to those full terms:
Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible.
Date changes are handled on a best-efforts basis and require at least one month's notice.
Cancellations require at least one month's notice, and an administration fee of SGD 500 applies.
The published package includes accommodation, preschool days, local recommendations, and Group Chat support; it does not include international flights, meals, or travel insurance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide to us;
Holding valid travel documents and meeting the entry requirements for Japan applicable to your nationality;
Arranging your own international flights and travel insurance;
The care and supervision of your children outside of preschool program hours.
